Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within:

  • 2–5 business days for ready-to-ship items

  • 5–14 business days for handmade, limited, or pre-order items (time may vary per product)

Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

If we expect any delay, we will notify you by email.

 


 

Shipping Methods & Estimated Time

We ship worldwide using trusted partners such as:

  • DHL Express

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • Local couriers (for UAE orders)

 

Estimated delivery times:

  • UAE: 1–3 business days

  • Europe & UK: 4–8 business days

  • Asia: 4–10 business days

  • US & Canada: 5–12 business days

  • Rest of world: 7–15 business days

Delivery durations are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, unforeseen disruptions, or courier delays.

 


 

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country

  • Package weight & size

  • Selected shipping method

Free shipping promotions, if available, will be shown at checkout.

 


 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties

  • VAT or GST

  • Import taxes

  • Handling fees set by local customs authorities

These charges are not included in our product prices and must be paid by the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive:

  • A tracking link to monitor your package

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

ASÍ Studio is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Parcels lost due to wrong information

  • Reshipment fees for returned packages

If a parcel is returned to us due to address errors, the customer must pay re-shipping fees.

 


 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed to the courier, risk transfers to the customer.

If your package is lost or stolen, we will help you open an investigation, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.

 


 

Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our products are handmade, fragile, limited-edition, or produced in small batches, our return policy prioritizes quality control and fairness.

 


 

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • You received the wrong product

Returns for change of mind, colour variation, size variation, or handmade differences are not accepted.

 


 

Handmade Variations — Not Considered Defects

ASÍ Studio celebrates craftsmanship and natural imperfection.

Therefore, the following are not considered defects:

 

  • Slight variations in shape, texture, glaze, or color

  • Natural irregularities in handmade ceramics

  • Minor marks or characteristics inherent to artisanal production

  • Differences between your screen display and real-life color

 

These variations are part of the beauty and identity of each piece.

 


 

Reporting a Damaged or Defective Item

If your item arrived damaged:

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Please email info@asistudio.co with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging (outside + inside)

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • A description of the issue

We may request additional evidence for courier claims.

Late reports (after 48 hours) cannot be accepted due to courier insurance limits.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind purchases

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Gift cards or digital items

 


 

Return Process & Approval

If your return is approved:

  • We will provide you with return instructions

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • You are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated

 

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the item.

 


 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item.

 


 

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong items received

  • Damaged items (if identical stock is available)

If an exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

 


 

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.

Once the order is in production or transit, cancellation is not possible.
